A winter storm warning remains in effect until 6 am mdt wednesday.
Heavy snow will develop in the mountains and foothills this morning and continue through Tuesday night. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 2 feet are expected by Wednesday morning.
Residents in the foothills should plan on heavy snowfall through tonight with travel becoming difficult especially in the higher foothills. Be prepared for possible power outages from downed tree limbs and power lines.

Well that doesn't sound like much fun @ all. If it makes you feel any better it's going to be 80 and beautiful here today . Yeah, it's probably not going too.
It didn't end up snowing...just inches of rain, which is otay...my b/f played gold this afternoon while just a few miles west, they had FEET of snow. Welcome to Colorado.
This weekend, sunny and 80! Thankfully the really nice weather is waiting until I have some time off from this bloodsucking entity I call work. It's vodka drinks and the lounge chair for me!
